Rochechouart is een kleine stoere stad gelegen in het Franse departement de Haute-Vienne. Elke keer als ik deze stad binnen rij beneemt mij de blik op het chateau dat hoog boven de omgeving uittorent de adem. De twee torens zijn dominant aanwezig, schapen grazen op de heuvel onder het kasteel en de rustig kabbelende rivier maakt het plaatje compleet.
